Ryan's Rodeo News: Another season is quickly coming to an end following yet another successful IRA Finals in Denison. Thank you to all the contestants, sponsors, personnel, and spectators who traveld to Denison to compete, run gates, judge, run chutes or just to show a round of applause. These Finals would not be a success without each and every one of you! Special thank you, to our 3-year past President, Jeff Oestmann, for his dedication, time and passion for this Association. I greatly appreciate the leadership you have provided to this Association. Again, on behalf of all the IRA Officers and Directors - Thank you, Jeff, for your time and efforts you invested. Most Associations have held their Finals.....which closes the 2009 Rodeo Season. Enjoy the upcoming holidays with your families.   Ryan Pratt Rule Change for 2010 If contestant is not fouled by barrier, he/she must have a time to get a rerun. Remember to get your 2010 memberships bought by the first of the year, if you have money won in standings!!! ATTENTION IRA CONTRACTORS You need to read your rule book, on Rodeo Approvals and rodeo results. Please remember rodeo approvals are due in the office 45 days prior to the event. Rodeo results are 10 days after the event. For those M-SRA rodeos that co-approve URA, IRA, etc. the boys (under 14 with current membeships in their association) will be able to rope in the ladies breakaway and the CR-40 guys ( with current membership in their association & according to their association rules).
