Finals Entries: Cut off for the Finals is August 16th. Shari will start calling the top 12 in each event prior to cutoff date. There are still 3 events to go so standings could change. Your money must be in the office by August 18th and cleared the bank before you can go to the finals. Address to mail your checks: IRA – 118 Washington Street – Grand River, IA 50108.
Finals Check-In: Mandatory check in 8:00 – 10:00 a.m. Saturday. If you arrive on Friday, you can check in from 12:00 – 6:00p.m. Your back number will get you in the arena and the grandstand. You will get one extra pass for the weekend. IRA cards will not admit anyone into the finals.
Entry Fees: $250 per event. $170 will go into the payoff, $40Personnel, $40 Stock Charge.
General Membership Meeting: There will be no General Membership meeting at the Finals.

Rodeo of the Year and Stock of the Year: Please vote you will receive a ballot when you check in that needs to be turned in at the time of registration.

Election of 2026 Officers: The Directors are responsible to findtheir own replacement once their term as an officer is up.
Rule Proposals: Rule proposals must be sent in with your entry fee’s. Deadline for these to be in the office is August 18th.You will receive a voting ballot at check in at the Finals. The votes will go to the Board of Directors to make final decision on whether they pass or don’t pass.

Positions: First Performance will run 15th-1st based on year end standings. 2nd Performances 1st-15th, 3rd Performance 15th-1st, except Barrel Racing.
Calcutta: Mandatory that all Contestant be at the arena at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, September 6th
Church: Church will be Sunday at 10:00 a.m. at the arena.
Stalls: There will be no stalls available this year!!! You may make pens at your trailer. This is due to the Fair Board booking a wedding at the Fairgrounds. There will be tape up around the area where you cannot enter until Sunday morning! So, please show some respect and don’t ride horses beyond the tape. Also, this goes for the showers and restrooms!!!!!
Showers: Showers will be available on the North side of the arena at the Wellness Center. They have Men’s and Women’s.
RV Hook-Ups: Hook-ups are $40 for the weekend. There are limited hook-ups. First come basis. There are no campfires allowed on the grounds!!!!
